1.WHAT DO I NEED TO JOIN THE PRODIVE AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
To be eligible for the PRO DIVE Affiliate program, you simply need a website that is live on the internet, receives traffic and has some sort of presence on a search engine, such as GoogleT.

2. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
Simply fill out our Affiliate Program Application. After your application has been  processed and approved, you will receive an e-mail containing all information you will need to get started and in supplementing your income.


3. HOW MUCH COMMISSION DO YOU PAY?
You will earn commission based on a predetermined percentage of the gross revenue after sales tax received by PRO DIVE from completed and traveled booking being referred from your site, unless subsequently referred from another affiliate's site.
You will not to receive commission on your own orders or orders were the customer uses a promotional code that has been issued outside the scope of this agreement. In order to associate an order with an affiliate we utilize cookies.

Affiliates earn 2.5%*commission for the first bookings made via www.prodive.com. If the client enters www.prodive.com  through your website or through a promotion such a newsletter, then you will again earn a 2.5%*commission. You can withdraw your earnings from your affiliate account using MoneyBookers.

The Affiliate Bonus Program also allows you to earn up to 7.5% commission on some products. To be eligible for the bonus commission, you will need to use the the link(s) generated by the system under the Affiliate Bonus Program .  

* Some product may pay less commission due to there low margins e.g. Career programs, escorted tours and package holdays are an example of this. You will be paid a commission that is calculated per booking basis. Email ben@prodive.com.au if you have any questions in regards to this.

4. HOW OFTEN ARE COMMISSIONS PAID?
Commissions are payable upon your request, after you have accrued $150. All commissions are payable once the client has completed their excursion, and there are no outstanding payments or issues.  By pressing "Withdraw money" button in your affiliate account, your payment request will be processed within 48 hours.

5. DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS STATISTICS?
Yes. Once you have been approved for our affiliate program, simply log into your affiliate account and check "Financial Statistics".

6. HOW ARE MY SALES TRACKED?
Affiliate links contain unique identifiers allowing us to "cookie" anyone coming from your web site. Over 99% of all internet users have cookies enabled in their browsers (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). Once our cookie is set, it never expires. This means your website would be recognised as an access point to our site. Should they only make a purchase several months after their initial visit, they would still be recognised and you would still earn commission.

7. DO I EARN COMMISSIONS ON RETURN PURCHASES?
If the customer returns to www.prodive.com via your site again, then you will be once again entitled to 2.5% commission.

8. I DISCOVERED THAT MY COMMISSIONS DECREASED  AFTER THE SALE?
If we have to refund a purchase for which you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from your commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraudulent credit card purchase, suspicious order, and bank charge backs etc.
